The menu: Sicilian wedding catering
A wedding menu in Sicily starts with the ingredients. We cook with fresh Sicilian fish, vegetables and ancient grains from the Agrigento hinterland, local extra-virgin olive oil and native Sicilian wines, following the season.
Every menu is built with the couple: seafood, land or tasting formats, with a private tasting before the wedding. Allergies, intolerances, vegetarian, vegan and children's menus are all handled as standard.
We do not publish menus online because each one is adapted to guest numbers, season and reception format. We send the proposals by email on request.
